Simple and easy paper plate bunny!

Simple and easy paper plate bunny! This bunny craft made with a paper plate is so simple and perfect for toddlers or preschoolers to make! ๐Ÿ‘‰ Here are the supplies needed: Color Paper Pom Poms Pipe Cleaners Googly Eyes Small Paper Plates Glue ๐ŸฐMake the whiskers Take 3 pipe cleaners and twist them around each other in the center so that they are connected/stuck together. Glue on the pom pom nose. Then glue to the paper plate. Once the glue from the pipe cleaners is dry, glue on your nose (pom pom).  Leave time to dry, as this step will require it to be glued well, or the pipe cleaners will fall off. ๐Ÿ‡ Make the ears For the ears: Cut out some ears from white construction paper or cardstock, and then cut out a smaller inside ear with a different color. Glue both pieces together and then glue or tape to the back of the paper plate. ๐Ÿ‘„Add the eyes and mouth For the eyes: We used googly eyes and just glued them on, but you could also use construction paper and make the eyes yours...

Kids will love experimenting with the squeegee

Squeegee Painted Easter Bunny ๐Ÿ‡

The best part is that the faces can be completely customized to look however you’d like! Kids can get creative designing their own bunny faces.

๐Ÿ‘ฏSupplies Needed

  • A larger page will fit bigger bunnies, but you can also do this on a regular-size paper landscape oriented.
  • Paints: we used purple, blue, and pink
  • We use green paper for the grass
  • Squeegee: you can also find at the sticker store
  • Paintbrushes
  • Large googly eyes
  • Large pom poms
  • Glue, and Pencil

๐ŸฐMake the bunny bodies

Apply 3 curves of paint onto the upper half of your piece of paper

Place your squeegee above the paint, and press down onto the page.

Paint matching ears onto each bunny. Once dry, add pink details for the inner ears.

Glue 2 googly eyes onto each bunny.
Glue a pom pom below the eyes for a nose.

Finally, add a small pink dot on both sides of the face to make the cheeks.

๐ŸŽ‹ Add the grass

Use scissors to snip into one edge of the green paper, forming blades of grass. Glue the green paper strip on top of the painted bunnies. Then, use your fingers to gently ruffle up the paper so that the blades of grass don’t sit perfectly flat, adding some dimension.

Your Easter Bunnies are now complete!
